The TECAN Infinite 200 is a computer controlled plate reader capable of detecting UV/Vis light, Fluorescence, and Luminescence.

Absorbance (230 – 1000 nm) is measured from transparent 96 (or 384) well plates from the bottom while fluorescence (Standard: Ex 230 – 600 nm, Em 330 – 600 nm) is measured from the top.  The software (Magellan) is capable of kinetic reads and wavelength scans as well as sample mixing.  Please see the linked brochures for more technical information.
